Thanksgiving

Because of Trenton's work schedule, we weren't able to travel anywhere for Thanksgiving this year.  We figured it was the perfect time to start a few of our own family traditions.  We woke up to cinnamon rolls....yes, that was my contribution to adding new traditions!  Then we headed off to the park to wear the boys out a little bit.  Jackson was his usual daredevil self on all of the slides and hanging bars.  Jordan cruised around on his battery powered Buzz Lightyear 3-wheeler.  After playing for a while, we took the boys home and cleaned them up in time for Jordan's first nap.  We really wanted to go to a movie, as a tradition, but there just weren't really any kid friendly movies that we were willing to pay to go see, so we did the next best thing!  We went to Trenton's store and each pulled up our own couch/chair and watched a Christmas movie on a 92' tv.  The view was great and the boys LOVED it!  Part of that could have been from all of the m&m's and popcorn we let them eat.... After the movie, we took the boys home for their naps while we finished putting dinner together.  Everything turned out great, and we loved starting our new traditions as a little family!
